Winch recommendations / advice please

Hello,

I have a 1996 Discovery 300 diesel with 2-inch lift. I go greenlaning about 6 times a year and need to fit a winch on the front for self recovery.

I currently have a full width metal bull bar fitted over the factory bumper, which is great for pushing through undergrowth!

I would appreciate any advice or pointers please.
