Winch bumper

Hi all. It's been a while since iv been on here. But iv just bought a new disco so I'm back haha. Thing is this disco 300 iv got has got air con. Is there a massive difference with the spacing on winch bumpers? Do I need an air con bumper or does a standard size fit and is just close?
