Do you know the pikey camp in Mintey ? It's full of 90's but the old bill wont enter the site.
It's also full of stolen motocross bikes, how do i know they are stolen you ask??
I cant see any pikey spending 5k on a crosser just to ramp up and down a field.

Trouble is its not a good result for the Rozzer to go in a beat a few Pikeys up. Not good PR and all for a few rusty Land Rovers. In addition what raith will it awaken in the process. It bothers me greatly about these Pikeys and what they can get away with, where as you and I would be hammered for the same crime. Its what new tricks they'll come up with next that also bothers me. BoB had one method of dealing with them, but if we all resort to threats of violence then thats another slippery slope.

Citizen arrest? Police can't ignore that, if you inform them you have made a citizens arrest they have to show up and deal with it...

id love to see that, youd have to take some ****ing huge lads to take one down they are nutters, only way to detain a pikey is when both his legs are broken and they got a shotgun barrel in their mouth

just reading about the citizens arrest bit tryed that one when an old man in ninetys nearly ran my youngest lad down in my own small holding he got lost and got confused turning round in my yard the only thing that saved my boy was the big traffic cone he was stood behind and all the police said was there was no such thing as acitizens arrest and they would be taking no action against him cause my boy was injured

The cops who say that are scared shtless of people taking common law into action. They are probably common-purpose, brain-washed drones who only see as far as the statute books.
Citizens arrest is the right of every man, woman and child and there's jack-sht the cops can do about it unless they are on every street corner.
I reminds me of the moron cop who said if your house was being robbed you should let them steal and be away, then call the cops and wait for the recorders to come along.
Yeah ok mr plod I'll just sit on my arse and act like a good little slave, NOT!

I totally agree mate.
The annoying thing is the odds are TOTALLY in favour of the scrote.
1. Unlikely to be caught in the act.
2. If they are caught in the act - the owner is uncertain of what legally they are allowed to do. Legal comeback etc, reasonable force - what exactly is that ? Owner also has more to lose.
3. If actually arrested are unlikely to get convicted.
4. If convicted are unlikely to get a decent sentence. Plead abused childhood/drugs etc.
5. Sentence aint actually a deterent for em any more.
6. Get out after doin half time due to parole nonsense/overcrowding.
I don't agree with any of the above, just that is how it is.
I personally would like to see them dealt with severely, but these days that aint politically correct.
