Will they fit?

I am hoping to keepthe standard steel lwb rims on my 110, these are 5.5 inches wide. I have been offered some 265/75/16 bfg mud terrains at a tempting price but i'm wondering whether they're too wide for the rims.
Any feedback will be gratefully received.

In a nutshell NO , BFG recommend 7" - 8" , I had them on a 130 HCPUDC but they have the wider 6.5 rims and they worked fine on there.

265 are too wide for 5.5J, 6.5J are fine. Vass in Ampthill sell miltary take-offs for £20 +VAT each
