Will it fit?

Have managed to get a momo steering wheel for the 110 but need to find a boss.

found this on ebay LAND ROVER DEFENDER STEERING WHEEL BOSS KIT 36 SPLINE on eBay (end time 02-Dec-10 17:03:33 GMT)

does anyone know if this will fit or do i need a different boss for the wheel (i know its the right one for the column)?

Take your steering wheel off and count the splines on your column. Then go from there.

what year and engine defender is it for?

tis a 1988 110 with a 36 spline column, or i assume it is having the 4 spoke steering wheel.

the question was related to the type of boss, had been looking about but none of them said which would fit what.

I sent a message to both sellers and it turns out the boss in my first post is for mountney/classic steering wheels with 100mm diameter between holes and the second one is for sport/momo/sparco steering wheels with 70mm diameter between holes.

So looks like option 2 for me
