Will box-section sills pass MOT in NI?!

I tried searching for an answer on the forum but couldn't quite find what I'm looking for - for anyone who has replaced their rotten sills with 100x60 box section, have you had any issues with MOTs?

I'm in Northern Ireland where they seem to be a bit tougher on MOTs as well, so if anyone from over here has had them pass through ok it'd be great to hear.

As long as they are sound and the body mounts are secure i can see no problem.
