It's time to part ways and pass on to a new custodian! Owned since 2017 as a hobby second car.
Health has taken a big toll on me this year and I just can't do what's needed to keep an older car running as primary transport so it has to go
It was bought as a toy i wouldn't mind taking off road, doing green lanes etc, so it's not a mint, pristine example. That said everything works, and the seats are in reasonable condition for its age. The worst thing inside is the saggy headlining.
Engine has been replaced as had a cracked block letting exhaust gases into the coolant. I've recently replaced both head gaskets as they were both blowing slightly to the outside. It's LPG and I've recently replaced the LPG loom and ECU for new and up to date ones, also serviced the reducers so no gas leaks.
I did think i was having block issues again but i think it was just me being paranoid as currently don't seem to be having excess pressure issues.
New Pipercross cam, with lifters, rockers and can chain etc replaced.
4 almost new General Grabber AT3 tyres on 16" good rims.
Gearbox oil and filters have been done and works nicely with no issues.
Front bushes recently done.
Middle exhaust box done last year, rear section is straight through.
Rear air bags done a couple of years ago, air suspension works fine.
ABS unit recently replaced and full brake bleed.
No book symbol on the hvac, fully working apart from the air-conditioning. New condenser ready to be fitted.
MOT will be done next week so you'll get full 12 months.
I can't think of anything else right now and will put up photos when the site lets me!
A have a nanocom, available separately.

Any details...age
..mileage..price...pics thanks
Oops i missed off the obvious!!
It's a W/2000 and think the mileage is around 137k miles, can check later. Not been able to put pics up, try and get some links up else where, it's red if that helps.
Looking for £2000 with the nanocom included, if you want that

Its a shame you're having to sell it but I know what you mean about being fit and able enough to work on a maintenance intensive vehicle. I hope it sells for what you want and I hope you are planning on staying on Landyzone.

its lovely, your not too far away from me, damnit itchy fingers!
i'll be honest, its not lovely. head lining gone, HEVAC needs a new zebra connector.. AC hasnt been connected in years.. was my next job (i've got the condenser/fans and a new drier) interior needs a rubadub dub  but it does drive.. MOT til end of year.. nearly new tyres.. everything works and drivers seat leather isnt split
there you go, i've jinxed it now :D

I keep coming back to this post and staring at it, might try chucking my freelander up on facebook to gauge interest on what people are willing to pay me for it. Damn brain for making me fall in love with the p38's

Have you got any interior pics? Just chucked the freelander up on Facebook to see what offers I get for it. Ideally wouldn’t want to sell it for cash without definitely having another car lined up to buy first though.
