Will 300tdi fit TD5 gearbox ?

Quick one cause I'm going out and aint got time to search

Please could anyone tell me if 300tdi will fit a TD5 gearbox.

not without changing bell housing and input shaft,spigot bush the same size ,td5 shaft a lot longer
