Just be thankful it wasn't a couple of kids, curious about the stack of tyres
Think you're **** out of sympathy on here
driving without due care and attention is a slappable offence on normal roads.
I feel for you, and think others, while being technically correct, could offer some sympathy.
Tom
I have every sympathy for his actions- I have had a rogue bollard leap into my bumper in a suicide bid whilst reversing- as someone has already said- there but for the grace of god go us all BUT .... What I think people have NO sympathy for, is his attempt to avoid taking responsibility for his actions
i always park up so i'm ready to leave, if you had reversed into the space all would have been good
interesting how the OP has gone silent, maybe he thought we would all be on his side or something......
Here's the OP, poor blokes living in poverty no wonder he's not admitting liability

The OP doesn't really give a flying frick whether you're on his side or not, he's got work to do and a living to make. Don't worry, I'll be back later to answer each and every one of your points. Oh no, hold on, I've got a life to live! But if I can be assed I might head back over with my early morning cuppa.
Is it alright if I go back to work now.
