Who is Rebecca?

I was pootling down the M5 on Sunday afternoon between Worcester and Gloucester when a slightly impatient, (well I was doing 70 - because I picked up TWO speeding fines and points on the same bloody journey to Wales in August! (Which is really annoying because I have had a clean license for years)), black RR L405 (i think) passed me. The registration was 26 BEC and the car was completely de-badged except that the RANGE ROVER letters on the boot had been replaced - in the same type face letters and spacing as the Range Rover letters with REBECCA.

Who is REBECCA?

She has gone to some lengths to replace the Range Rover letters with her own name - and then for good measure added a personalised plate - so she must really want us all to know that its her - but who is her?

And why?

Number one daughter has her name "Audrey" somehow on her car number plate. Looks quite good if you like that sort of thing.
Only prob is when she changes car she cannot for a short while use her work car park as it does number plate recognition.
I told her to take the other plates with her and stick them over the name ones when she drives in and out, but she can't be rsed!
