Disco 4 (LR4) White smoke on hard foot down

Hi every one I normally ask for help with my RR but son as gone out and bought a 2010 on 59 plate disco 4 , on normal foot down no smoke on hard foot down white smoke OK sounds like a turbo fault !! Now reading all my
landy books I seem to remember a mod for these ie modification of turbo oil drain can any body on here enlighten me if they have seen same many thanks

Oil drain pipe mod required.
Had same issue on mine. Happens when 2nd turbo cuts in. If memory serves me right at around 2800rpm.

ordered parts both sides (not my money ) Ha Ha, luckily I have a 2 post lift in my garage 4ton
so it should be a bit easier not on my back going to get started as soon as parts arrive will keep
you up to date on job many thanks again

You only change the one on the secondary turbo.

Done turbo pipe ( 1 ) over weekend took 2 hours approx on lift sod laying on my back these days
did oil change filters etc took out for spin fantastic no smoke at all drove superb son is over the moon
cheap disco , have given a good look over as mot looming next month will wait and see many thanks

Glad you got it sorted.
Did mine on my back on the drive. Starter motor removal was the hardest bit.
Makes so much difference once done.
