whining/bearing noise from heater L322

I think its coming from the heater when its turned on, a quiet bearing type whine that goes after 5 or so minutes of heater being on, at first thoguht it was wheel bearing starting to play up but not narrowed it down to in the heater somewhere

Is there a common bearing that drys up/whines in the heater somewhere?

Blower motor bearing dry, got the same on my Transit and the starter motor has just failed

Is there a simple fix for the blower bearing? Or is it a case of taking it all apart (is it a big job?) and replacing it?

Spot of oil on the bearings usually fixes it on the ones I've done, no idea bout the L322 tho
