I've finally got all the bits I wanted to attempt to to reseal my original leaking steering box.
Amongst the parts i've picked up are two different sets of sector shaft seals.
One seems to be made of a harder rubber than the other.
So my questions is which would be the preferred seal to use. The hard or soft compound?
