which relay is which ??

hi all.
i seek your help again on a simple matter, but which relay is which in my defender 200tdi csw 90,1991.i have a row at the bottom of fuse box all metal and same markings , and 2 plastic ones tucked down back of board. ive looked in my manuels and nothing ?. my window wipers go slow on fast so thought id change relay. thanks

Had a similar problem on mine and it was the park sensor for the wipers, over with the motor.
