Which head gasket???

I need to replace my head gasket but I need to understand what it means by notches??? I have looked on the Brookwells website and they have head gaskets with 1 notch, 2 notches, 3 notches.....
I have a 1994 M-Reg 300TDi defender. Which gasket do I require????

if you look on drivers side of head gasket between 3rd and 4th injector there is part of head gasket poking out it will have either 1 2 or 3 holes denoting what you need ,if unsure just fit 3 hole

Am i correct in thinking that the holes denote thickness - 1 being the thinnest & 3 the thickest?
