Which fluids and grease 200 tdi discovery

Hi to all who know it all.
New to owning a discovery or 4 wheel drive for that matter, got a 1992 200tdi discovery and dont know when the diffs, gearbox etc where greased or oiled, looked on site and dont know which to use.:doh:
Can someone please advise what and where, i would really be gratefull

been to local land rover service centre today got what i needed including some one shot grease and a couple of other bits, surprised how cheap it was and they where very helpfull
