which egr replacement kit

hi folks,

have seen lots of egr blanking kits about some are just blanking plates and others have a trumpet type fitment. Does anyone know which one would
suit my 98 td5 disco.

All of them fits, the "trumpet" is to replace the EGR valve block..........my advice is to check out this http://www.landyzone.co.uk/lz/f8/egrrrrr-removal-100631.html or other related threads, doesnt worth it to spend money ......my oppinion

Horlicks - Ive had a look at that link and me engine and ive got EU3 with all that blank off this and do that.....if u dont might lead to brake failure...

Anyone wanna help me in person, looked straight forward these blanking kits untill u gotta mess with electrics and vacum stuff

They are straightforward - don't panic.

It won't lead to brake failure per se - what it is trying to say is that you *could* lose the vacuum assist (still not great but hey...!) if you don't unplug the solenoid or blank off the vacuum line to it.

Not very hard to do really - just read the instructions carefully
