200tdi

I am aware that I need the one for a 200tdi, but what ah wanne know is which ones are the Unholy dogs egg and which ones are ok.

I hear jamesmartin saying some ****part is ok, but which ones are clutches ok.

Cheep is not necessarily the best, what about the SP HD clutch kit

AP or Delphi should I go with a genuine one:Cry:

stc8358 bb ,borg and beck (AP) £74 + vat allways been the best in my experience not so keen on valeo and britpart h/d can be a bit too hard sometimes

Don't get valeo. You can't get a socket on the bolts holding the pressure plate on.. Well, you cant get half inch drive ones on.. So unless you have a 3/8 drive torque wrench you can't torque em. I had to grind the head off them to get my old clutch off. Luckily I had another flywheel!

Borg and beck are spot on, I have used that on mine and it's spot on, miles better than the last valeo one.

a good reason why mechanics often use snap on sockets ,i never use torque wrench on stuff like that why not get 1/2 to 3/8 adapter then you can use the 3/8 sockets on t/wrench

Well, they are teng.. So not bad sockets! Yeh I should have used the step but didn't have it on me! Even so, you shouldn't have to fanny about with that. Why not just make it properly so stuff fits. My old valeo one never used to bite that hard either, this one is solid.
