Which aerial has my 2010 Freelander 2 2.2 Td4 e S got ?

hi all, I was wondering if anybody can say which type of aerial I have ?
I'm hoping to change the radio over to dab and would like to try an fm aerial splitter but the spitter info says it won't work on active amplified aerials.
My 2010 Freelander 2 2.2 Td4 e S has a rooftop aerial near the front but also has those aerials in the back side windows so not sure if I should spend my money on a splitter or just install a dab aerial somewhere which wouldn't look as nice and will be a pain to feed the cable I would presume.

Surely aerial is in near side rear window

It does have one but I don't get why it also has a roof mounted aerial.

I believe the side window aerial is for DVB. Presumably it would work with dab too.
