Hello,

I have done quite a bit of reading regarding replacement suspension springs for my 1986 90 but I am still a little confused. It currently has standard height springs fitted which are probably the originals and I would like to replace them with standard height springs from someone like AllMakes or Bearmach - certainly not Britpart. The thing is, which part numbers do I use because there seems to be a few options.

Paddocks lists the following:

Drivers Side Front, Normal Duty NRC9446
Drivers Side Rear, Heavy Duty NRC9448 (which is a heavy duty front spring)
Passenger Side Front, Normal Duty NRC9447
Passenger Side Rear, Heavy Duty NRC9449 (which is a heavy duty front spring)

Paddocks also lists a Drivers Side Rear, Heavy Duty RKB101230 and Passenger Side Rear, Heavy Duty RKB101240.

So what is the difference between putting a heavy duty front spring at the back or putting the specific heavy duty rear spring at the back? Is one more likely to sit higher than the other?

A final question that I have is with regards to ride height. I see many 90's which sit slightly higher at the back than the front as opposed to sitting level front to back. I'd rather my 90 was slightly higher at the back, so which springs would I need to use to accomplish this?

Thanks in advance!
-Tom
