Where's the fuel pump?

Come on then, stop muckin about, where's the fuel pump on a 110 V8?

On my old 1990 3.5 carb 110 V8 it was in the tank.

See if you can get your hand over the top of the fuel tank. Does it feel like there is a sender unit type thing up there? Then have a look on the passenger side of the tank. Is there another one? If so the one on the side is the float for the fuel guage. The one on the top is where your fuel pump SHOULD be. At a guess it may have been moved to stop water plying silly buggers with it when wading. My fuel pump electrics used to get wet before the dizzy did. It was most frustrating.

Thing is, should it be in the fuel tank? if so then it wont be going in there
..It's on the bulkhead at the moment and it's doin me ed in tickin when I switch the ign on so I thought I'd move it ..A man with a beard told me it should be forward of the o/s rear wheel arch but I'm not sure if he was takin the ****.
I'll maybe put it under the floor of the rear tub or summat eh
