wheels

This has probly been asked before but does anyone know where I can buy black modular steels 15x7, possibly wheel and tyre package. My local landy place says I can't get those wheels for a freelander, they also told me I can't fit a 1.5 inch lift kit withought lots of mods, I'm fitting the lift kit but I need help sourcing the wheels,
