Now all new P38 owners will be pulling over and calling the AA when the EAS hard faults.

what about the 2nd hand pump for £55 when it looked like a new one (£300 ) my new one only cost me £175

And he was bleating on about saving as much money as possible - why didn't he just overhaul it? I would have liked to watch someone do that. A replacement 2nd hand one would be most likely as shagged as the original one.

I spose the programme isn't long enough to allow them to fill it with useful bits.

Do the anti roll bar bushes really make that much difference? Mine's rolling almost as much as my Vectra used to now but I was assuming it was the shock absorbers. Might check these next time I'm underneath.

It was a load bollocks anti roll bar rubbers were worn but no way would they cause a clunk. Links maybe those rubbers never.

As for needing a good ramp to change them on as Ed said. Bull****, they can be changed in ten mins with car at high setting without even jacking it up. Also he could have repaired compressor for £15.00 and 15 mins work by fitting a new seal. Generally a crap programme if as said Ed has owned a few P38s he should know better. It is aimed at people who know sod all about vehicles, to those who do it's a bloody joke.

One cost they conveniently missed in the tot-up was the front & rear badges. £90 inc VAT.

Did I miss something with the grille? Why on earth did they replace it? The replacement looked identical to the one they took off that could just have been cleaned!

did anyone hear Edd China say check the parts are the right ones? then he fitted the wrong headlamp!!

the whole program was a load of bollox, was the breakdown recovery entered into the final cost? nope, same as eds work never gets taken into account, wish i could have a workshop like his with no running costs.
tints, wtf for? wrong headlamp, didnt reset the drivers window, didnt reset the eas after changing the pump after the suspension failure. and did anyone else notice the constant fogged up inside windows? do you think maybe the heater seals was leaking, now that would of been good to see the master mechanic fix that!

And there was absolutely no problems with the hevac...........hhhhhhmmmmm I can smell something!

I quite liked the series and was looking forward to the p38 prgrame and now i have seen it, it proves what a load of **** the whole series is.There is more reality in eastenders and i hate that aswell !

We should film our own!!

Seriously though, we still don't seem to be capturing the excellent walkthroughs that people are producing. It's a right bugger trying to find them when you need them!
