Wheel tyre help again (sorry)

Really in a quandary here I think it’s because I want to fill the arches up a bit which is dividing my thoughts...

I currently have the 18s comets alloys at 255/55r18 disco 2 facelift es

now I’ve seen some decent 20s at 255/50r20 but perhaps I should be looking at bigger tyres and not alloys but I’m struggling to picture it

I’m assuming 30” won’t rub but now I’m thinking what tyres can I get on the 18s without a lift and without it looking silly, not sure if I want to go full AT tyres either because of the noise?

help me see some sense please! Pics welcome

I should prob add that maybe if I go for a higher profile tyre I’d like to go wider too?

Usually Disco drivers like to lift it 8 feet and fit 40in wheels so they can drive over some damp grass.

Will jimmy choos fit on a disco 2? Asking for a friend

18" rims and get a taller tyre, 1) they will fill the arches and 2) the ride won't be as garbage as on 20s lol
