What's this called (pic)

Hi having a leak of coolant and found where from its where top radiator hose meets front of engine block what is this part called what gaskets do I need it's driving me crazy this leak lol how many are involved gasket wise here is a pic

Do you have a diesel FL if so from the photo it maybe the top hose connector which is a Y shape am I correct if you can purchase a new connector of just a rubber gasket please confirm Arctic2
