Hi All,
Now before people jump in with "it's worth what ever anyone is prepared to pay"
I really appreciate all the input you guys have to offer on here.
I have a 1999 V Reg P38A 4.6HSE which i've had for about a year. I love it but i tend to get itchy feet after owning a car for a year and i'm looking for options. I was planning an L322 but after seeing one and doing lots of reading, i'm thinking perhaps that's not the best idea. Anyway, i would really appreciate an idea of what the P38 is worth as looking at Auto Trader and Ebay they range from £500.00 to £7000.00!
Some of the Key Points:
Mileage 138k
Zavolli Multi Point LPG Conversion (Doughnut Tank)
New Top Hat Thor Engine fitted at 123k
New Alternator
New Battery
New Crank Position Sensor
New CV Joints
Red/White Rear Clusters
Clear Front Lenses
Excellent Condition throughout (no rips or tears)
Heater O Rings Done
Gearbox Oil Cooler Done
New Suspension Airbags
New Brake Accumulator
New Fusebox
Recent "odd" issues completely cured by New Bigger Battery and replacement alternator.
The only bad point (which i have had checked by a local indie), is some slack in the transfer box output shafts do you get a slight clunk then pulling out of a parking space.
My gut says around £3000-£3500.00 but i would welcome any feedback. Thanks in advance!
