Hi everyone, have my Vogue V8 on Ebay id number 110830759198.
Massive spec, so not listed here, am I asking the right money for this?
invested a lot of time and money myself but will I ever get it back.

Your thoughts appreciated.

Instinct is £3k - £4k too much, but the spec might be attractive to a buyer

Hope you sell it:)

Pistonheads classifieds is a good site to trawl through for high end vehicles to get an idea of comparable age models' asking prices together with those that sold

Bad move you have a reserve but have a starting bid of 16000 you have put people off should of let bidding start itself as for money it's worth it's year and mileage

Ok agree on the starting price, but £8k spent in last four months on car.
I veiwed 12 knackers before I found this, spent the money to get the car right, which it now is. You will not find a 2002 in this cond or mileage unless you vist Buckingham Palace.:D

I was assuming as you blinged it up you were after profit just like people on ebay who buy cheap knackered fenders then stick big wheels and a snorkel on them before advertising them as a reliable, unstoppable offroad machine to try and catch idiots out

But either way you'll never get back what you put in, you'll get close if you break it for parts but thats about it. As the others have said at 16k reserve not met I reckon thats off putting and too high a starting price

in a word....NO...

no disrespect, but mines just as good and paid £9k
got 10,000 more miles than yours but got full entertainment system
(screens in rear of seats) proffesionally fitted:)

Hi Jon,

I have to agree with the others who've posted before me - your price is a bit severe. £16k is treading on the toes of a 2005 ('06 model year) which is phase II build with touch screen nav etc.

True, if someone really fancies yours then they'll pay well for it - but I doubt they'll pay THAT well.

I wanted to pay £6250 for my 2003 HSE in epsom green but I so fancied the colour and the wheels that my offers kept creeping up and I ended up paying £7250. An '02 Vogue I sort-of fancied in black with gorgeous white interior went for £9700, quite a bit more than I expected - obviously at least two bidders were mad-keen. Nonetheless, £16k for any 2002 model is quite optimistic.

If your buyer doesn't turn up during this auction, maybe try a 28-day classified ad with a stiff price and a "Best Offer" option and see what buyers want to pay?

Bespoke London did the 2010 upgrade,so no cheap rubbish proper lights and wiring, bumpers grills etc £3900.00, Hawk id 22inch alloys £2000.00, new tyres £1100 new Bosch alternator £700.00 plus the other extras on Ebay. Need I go on

Purchased the car and did all the above for my own pleasure and to get the car right not for profit as Iam not a car dealer Only selling as my wife cant drive it due its size and her parking makes me very nervous.

Thank you for the positive people out there.:)
