whats a 1956 series 1 worth ?

Been offered a 1956 series 1 and is it worth the money?

Solid chassis with no repairs currently that may just need some outrigger work.
solid bulkhead with only minor surface rust.
Salisbury rear axle fitted.
Reassonable body work with plenty patina.
None standard seats.
Hood sticks
V8 rover with 4 speed and fairey overdrive.
Current log book.
Has not run for years but parked up and not driven due to owner going abroad due to work.

He wants £2500.........is That worth the money?
