What would you expect to pay for a low mileage 3.5

What would a low mileage 3.5 V8 cost ?
Say 10k on it for instance.
Fit and forget then eh, a motor like that would last forever if looked after.
Asking cause I dont know what to do with mine when I pull it out, either fleabay or sell on here, trouble is no one can hear it running once it's out.
Could do with about seven undred for it as it cost lots more an that .

It has 4.6 heads on it and branched pipes and is VERY thirsty even on gas but it does ****in go especially from 3 to 6 grand.
Cant really afford it any more on my pension so the isuzu engine in my garage is looking good.
The money from the V8 would finance the swap

you'll struggle to get that sort of money for it, I think.
I was offered £2K for the red one I built, unheard, but only becouse of the build record and the pictures, bloke wasn't interested in what it went like, just what it looked like to go into a hot-rod kit.
They will sell, but curiouse market. Landy folk wont pay big bucks for them, as we have so many of the buggers; Hot-rodders will pay a bit more for them, but not over the odds, as they want to play with them.
Kit-car folk are a bit more gullible, and prepared to pay over the odds, but they are like ths sports car people, idea of it coming out of a 'tractor' will put them off whatever the price, but they'll pay silly money for an engine 'kit' from RPi?!?!
E-bay, with a reserve you can swallow, and hope it breaks it?
Video idea is good, if you can put a link in the e-bay add to it, though..... might help.
You CAN rig a test frame to run them out the engine bay though, without too much effort, if thats worth a shot?
