What Winch

My club is looking to fit a winch on the rear of our old Dexter tractor, we are looking towards an electric 12 volt one. Altough the Dexter has a PTO shaft and a hyraulics socket we think it is easier and cheaper to go electric. The the tractor is used on the beach. My question is what pulling power would the winch need to be to pull out a landy stuck in mud upto its axles.

go for pto, defo or hydrolic, keep away from electric, beach sounds like sal****er too so keep well away from electrics anyway, then go for pto
