So what tyres are all you guys running and what's your verdict on them?

I have Goodyear wrangler, which in my option are total ****e.
They have only covered 12k and are down to the tread wears.

there fairly quiet and not to bad in the wet but wear out so quickly
Cheers

My car came with General a Grabber UHP all round. And a Goodyear Wrangler as a spare.

Seem like a reasonable tyre to me. Only done 2000 miles on them, but no idea when they were fitted, but they have a reasonable amount of tread all round.

No idea what they will be like in the cold, wet & freezing weather.

I'm used to having full winter tyres on my car for 5 months of the year. Continental WinterContact TS830P were fitted to my Yeti for the winter.

I have cheepo remoulds all round on mine with a Goodrich all terrain pattern on them, I love them they are ace in the snow not to bad noise wise and cost around £180 a set Ive used them for a good few years now and never had any problems :)

Sounds interesting, What make are they?

I normally get kingpin 195 15 but my new freelander has the 16 inch wheels so these are a make ive never heard of but ive done a few thousand miles on them and they seem fine!

I've switched from the standard Wranglers to Yokohama Geolnder AT/S. They have a Tread Wear Index of 500 instead of the 260 of the Wranglers so should last well. The Geolanders are better in the wet and quieter with less vibration through the body and cost less too.
