What to sand proof on S3 to stop fine sand wrecking things??

Some time ago i drove along a fine sandy beach where i stayed for a few very wind swept days. When i was towed out i found the sand had stuck every where & soon the renault drive shafts had ground themselves to death

When (if) i drive along a beach in my series 3 & camp there again with wind blowing sand everywhere. Then drive through sand hills and loose fine sand will my swivels,UJs diffs be wrecked by the fine sand that would stick to to oily greesy bits???

It will be fine. Just make sure you have plenty of grease where there should be grease. I have done a few thousand miles in sand and no problem so far.

for the swivels you can buy canvas coated with pvc shrouds which completely enclose the swivels.
