What to do with the old 91

the 91 has been down for about four years now
This what it’s looking like now
I have had a hard time parting with it
So I’ve been taking it apart
I’m close to hauling it to the shredder

Not sure what to do with the RRCL - but the Yukka needs water!

It is going to the shredder

Bananas won't help, don't listen to them.

Is the '92 the one behind the mule?

Fookin 'ell you want to throw it in the shredder because she's a bit rough?

Many people over in the uk would call that a minter a bit of welding, some paint and some engine parts she'll be mint.

I do hope your going to do a proper job stripping her first, every little thing is useful to have as a spare if you have the room for storage. Glass/mirrors/door locks/ window regulators/lights/instruments etc etc etc.

Looks like lots of good bits are on it

people would kill in the UK for a 91 with original inner wings and light boxes on a 91like that.

you're in Miss'ry what else are you going to do go to St Louis and look at the arch ?

Are you mad? Rangies over here in that kind of condition are rare as hens teeth.

Just start a section at a time and get her back together. a few hours a night is enough and within a year, you'll have a lovely rebuilt classic.

People over here will build a RRC around a fookin binnacle.

If there's anything left of the original you can rebuild it, 'tis what i've always been told..

It is very badly rusted out
I have seen rovers in way better shape
In the scrap yards here
And yes it does have more bits or parts worth keeping
I will take the time to get them

I do have room for the parts
I am not finished removeing stuff
I have garage kept it for all this time
Everything out of the dash
Mirrors relays... buckets of stuff....

Anyway they were 1000$

Is that a Yukka or a banana? Just seen post#4, stick to L R's @Saint.V8

If you scrap that, you will be kicking yourself in a few years when you see worse going for good money.

I like them, got a few in the garden, not in this country though.

Never been to the UK then

Trust me, if you think that is very rusty, don't look at some of the UK ones which need .... er... "a bit of TLC"

Unless you've got photos showing other parts of the bodywork looking like bits of lace what we can see is almost corrosion free.

It should be an offence (or is it violation where you are) to scrap a RRC, unless it's a shovel & bucket job
Just out of interest, what made you acquire not just one but two RRC's when, out there, you have the choice of so many homebrewed SUV's ?
