What size coolant hose?

Hi all,
Can anyone tell me what size hose I need? Its the coolant hose that joins to the heater matrix metal pipes on a 1997 Range Rover HSE 4.6.
Mine is leaking at a 'T' junction where the LPG system intervenes.

Also if you know the cheapest or best place to get one?

most Landys use 5/8'' or whatever the metric equivalent is....15mm?

Try 16mm.

They are 19mm.

That would be 3/4" then. 5/8" 16mm.

I have not long replaced most of my hoses with silicone and I made a few notes at the time.
The pipes are 19mm (~ 3/4") where they come out of the bulkhead. I think in metric. On my car I used a reducing elbow to come down from 19mm to a 16mm hose goes to a Webasto engine pre heater.
The other elbow I used was 19mm both ends and joins to PCH124750 (the T shaped one which ties into the coolant expansion tank).

What size coolant hose?
