What is this pipe

Hi guys 1999 vogue se 4.6
What is the pipe in the pic. The left hand one of the two with jubilee clips on as it has a pin hole in it

They are water pipes for the heated inlet manifold, which usually weeps and people just bypass it by joining the pipes together with an appropriate size of metal pipe so depending where the pin hole is you could cut it back and join the pipes

Great thanks for that I was losing coolant and couldn’t find the cause, but this is it obviously.
