what is test book and where can you buy one

in my landrover disco workshop manual (genuine) it bangs on about testbook for resetting error codes suspension heights and other electrical gremlins as i do most of my own repairs i thought i would look at buying one however i cant seem to find what they are listed as any ideas from you guys on where to get one would be appreciated ta
 
thanks had a look did not realise they so expensive so will prob go to local landy specalist and get them to do the magic

You will find in the long run its cheaper to buy your own.
I was charged £35 to read the fault code and another £35 to clear it after the problem was sorted, hence the reason I bought my own Nanocom, when you sell your vehicle you can recoup the cash you have spent and also along the way perhaps learn more about your vehicle.
Only thing I have to pay for now is MOT's
 
I bought a Nanocom Evo after they charge me 70£ for a test. I paid 352£ fot Nanocom and now I can solve allmost everything with it plus I'm charging 10£ for reading the faults ( of course the forum users don't pay)
 
as im sure your aware, the most complex thing is the eas, this software is free, leads 15 quid,, a life saver,, check out EAS unlock by rsw solutions,, the guy is a genius at EAS

Yes perhaps true for the Range Rover but the original question related to a discovery II :doh::doh:
