What is it worth??

Hey guys i've been stripping a ex military series 3 land rover which is a accident damaged write off.

The main area of damage was the front passenger side, so there was a lot of valuable parts, where im now using on another build.

My question is this i now have the chassis which is bent just forward of the bulk head on both sides, should i

a - list it on fleabay for some one to make use out of it (relative rust/rot free) and how much should i be asking?

b - get a local metal recycler to come pick it up.

You could stick it on ebay in the hope that some one takes a real liking to it but I wouldn't expect any more than you'd get at the scrappers. I bought a series rolling chassis with good axles and two nearly new tyres on not long ago for about 100 quid. Weighed the chassis in at the scrappers along with a few other bits and came home with 80 quid in me pocket.

Yeah seems a shame to scrap it if someone can make use of it though, think i'll put it on ebay, min £50, then if no one wants it i'll take it to the metal man.

Need to make room for the replacement one..
