What is a "tratterer"?

Went to me local farmers market (to do my bit), spotted some banging carrots, so I them bagged up, about 10 or so with their tops on looking all smart...£5! I don't know who was more surprised, me with the price or her when me eye brows fell orft.

That is a lot for carrots, are you sure they hadnt priced them wrong or something?

I dont like them with the tops on myself, the leaves transpire moisture, so they shrivel up quicker.

Some of the farm shops round here sell oversize carrots, very cheap, for horses. Excellent value if you use a lot.

Some might say £5 were quite cheap round these parts
 
Went in there earlier this year, twas very posh. Although I got dirty looks for parking me caravan in the truck stop:):)

Me too. It was full of Range Rovers in the carpark. The Kuga looked very out of place, even though it was only 3 months old at the time. Nice food though.

50 Pence a carrot. That's a pee take. I'd rather spend less in CoOp and get more for my money.
