Disco was tramlining on motorway after fitting new tyres so had a look at it when I got home.
It's been getting vague on the steering for a while come to think of it, anyway I found loads of play in the swivel bearings so will have to do both sides this week.

Good job the weather is going to be fine:rolleyes::rolleyes:

welded the side tubes onto the roll cage, to save the roof over the doors (should of been done 12 months ago bit of a shutting the stable door after the nag has fooked off )

what make was it... britpart by any chance?

Lol. No idea. No labels or stamps on it? Hopefully this one will last longer. I think the seal behind the passenger side vent is damaged and water maybe getting into the motor. I never use the vents so will probably seal em up permanently to be safe. ;)

fitted decent seats and made the brackets for the middle seat after some carefull setting out with a coco-pops box

and fitted the fully reconditioned fuel dist pump ready for tomorows fun and games bleeding it up ( hopefully itll be 3rd time lucky )

and wired a new numberplate light on the arse end aswell as fitted a new temp sender unit

and couldnt resist fitting a brand new transfer box lever rubber boot

and then took ownership of a pair of 6" speakers that one of the neighbours was throwing out ( house speakers left for the bin men )

gonna get some more chipboard out in the morning and fortify the rear wheel arches in the tub and maybee concoct some sort of housings for the speakers :smokin:

Found I have the same problem:confused::confused: Is it a tough job? Maybe leave it to a professional??

're-profiled the year bumper so it now catches on the spare wheel when I open the door.
I also slightly 're-profiled the drivers door:rolleyes:
