Towed my Rice Eventer trailer to my garage... Towing through town I almost forgot I had a trailer hitched on. It's a lightweight trailer so, whoops! Anyhoo my old rice trailer is around 30 yrs old, was debating getting a new one but my garage says its built to last and will prob outlast even the newer type trailers so the ol Rice is in for a service and refurb. It's bottle green with a silver roof, I'm going to repaint it black and silver to match Silverlandy, going to look the Biz this summer!

Used mine (Landy not mechanic) to give a car a helping hand through the lights....oops

It did bend my bumper back to an appoximation of straight though :D

Mended my wipers.....well Pikey did while I repeatedly lost me screwdriver in what I thought was a very professional manner

Took it for the MOT...............Failed
#1 missaligned headlamp............Why? its not been touched since the last MOT

#2 Split boot on the drop arm ball joint.............. It would have passed in April.

#3 out of balance front brakes.

Not too bad I don't suppose, could have been a lot worse ;)

Helped replace (I wield the spanners - my mate welds) the snapped trailing arm bracket(s) on the rear axle yesterday, only to find I'd snapped both!!

How I got back from Wales in 1 piece, I'll never know but feel very lucky for doing so!

On that note, if anyone else is still on their original brackets, I strongly suggest checking them as if they've only corroded/snapped on the one side of the bracket like mine had, it's not very obvious until you inspect them up close.

A pair of heavy duty replacements from YRM were just over £20, so no great expense at all.
Good chance to poly bush the rear arms if they're not already done, too. :D

Replaced my clutch slave cylinder in the rain. And did a bit of work on my storage etc in the back of the 90. Not the most productive day due to weather ....

Over the last week ive replace the disc for terrafirma cross and drilled, replaced the pads, fitted a new set of Hankook RT03 tyres and fitted a set of flexi arches. Disco 1 300 tdi.
