0850am and i've fitted a decat downpipe mind i did start at 0630 wtf am i doing up so early!!!!!!!!!

Heh, join the club!

Been up since 5, weekdays normal waking time for work, and just couldn't get back to sleep. Trouble is, I'll be asleep about 11am 'cos that's when I'm normally back home and napping before starting back to work again at 2.30pm ...

When I'm away in the caravan or camping I can sleep for England, have a lie-in till pm easily ... can't do it at home!

New Clutch, Rear Crank seal, Full Engine Clean, Degrease, Checked every connection/bolt ect was tight.

Attempted to do front crank bolt, Put the engine in, Attempted Front Crank Bolt again with a 6ft scaffolding bar... Not moving! Still moved the 110 with it in gear, Handbrake on and my Dad Standing on the brakes  Battery is flat and charger has died :( So Cambelt and Injection pump swap when i get that off tommorow. Thinking jamming bar under chassis, Borrowing battery from disco flick the starter and hope it **** it comes off!

Hurah! After almost launching the bonnet across the garden when testing the battery (Left the breaker bar on last night)... It has undone! Flicked the starter a couple of times Wounderrrfullll :D

After renewing the rear breaking system I remembered I needed to grease the wheel bearings.
Just finished stripping the hubs down and greasing the bearings and rebuilding.

While I was under there emptied a can of stone chip on the chassis just for good measure :)

removed plastic sill covers and discovered I need to add some more welding to the list of jobs required for the MOT

So far me list of jobs to do, stands at

Weld inner wing.
Weld both outer sills.
Replace clutch and clutch fork
Replace leaking oil seal (before refitting new clutch)
Replace rear caliper
Drain rear axle remove epoxy resin and reweld diff cover  Or fit Robins 300tdi rear axle.
replace rear axle oil seal.
Renew all shocks and springs
Fit new Cambelt.

And that's just the obvious stuff

I have checked paddock and craddock and cant find one. Please any tips on where i might be able to get one????????

Mot on my new project and found the A frame adjustable ball joint wont budge= penetrating oil and if that doesn't shift it gas or new one

finally got the rear rollcage hoop legs welded to the chassis (and only blew 1 small hole in the chassis ) to be fair it was a tad ripe in that spot
