Fitted my Raptor dash and changed my bucket seats for a set of MGF seats, well impressed with seats only down side my wife says she can now reach the pedals comfortably and wants to have a go driving it:eek::eek:

Oh no! quick... send them back and claim they were broken! Or the wrong colour ;)

Got round to dismantling and cleaning the winch gearbox and cleaning and repairing the motor end plate .. Only a chemical metal repair, but it's better than flying a new one in from the states .. and when it's all bolted up it's only a bearing support for the front of the motor.

OK, it also keeps the length of the winch correct, but who's quibbling? ;)

Gearbox ..

It's all still a bit rough for the now, but I can't afford new solenoids, at least one doesn't work out of the pack that came with it and the spares I got are U/S. I also don't have, and can't afford a control box, so unlikely to be ready for Wales on the 20th ...v:(

If I get a solenoid or solenoid pack I can wire up some switch, I guess, to work it no sweat ... and I have a few bits going on ebay soon, not landy bits though .. ;)

Too fookin much  Last couple of days I've.......

Mine's still at the mechanics getting flanges, gaskets and seals sorted. She now has rock sliders I can't wait to test :D I haven't seen her for almost a week, hope to go and pick her up tomorrow afternoon. Will post pictures (if your interested to see the rocksliders, Mirco the mechanic made them himself)
