Took the cover off my flasher relay and cleaned the printed circuit board. It now flashes thrice and then packs up- I think that a new relay is in order. If there is anything that an experienced 'Landy' owner knows that I may have missed or may like to try - Please advise. 2nd time lucky- the last liturgy I composed disappeared when I pressed the 'post quick reply' button. LOL.
Best wishes
Chas.

If its for a defender you may as well buy a new one, they are only a tenner! I had to do the same... mine was getting stuck, but I also had problems with the hazard switch to which I had to replace :/

Made a 'storage/sleeping platform' for the Disco for when I'm camping without the missus.

Bloody brilliant looking idea, thanks for sharing :) I was dead interested 'coz I'm also in the process of doing my fender HERE.

Got any more of them desks?

Not yet, but come the summer holidays I think a whole classroom full will be going .. I normally make something from them, Hay trolley for sisters Livery Stable, small trolley for the welder/generator/compressor at home etc .. or cut them into lengths and weigh 'em in!

I'm not making them a permanent fitment, the top will be 9mm ply 2x2 sheets, with piano hinges so they fold up for removal and the legs will be held down with tie-downs .. I still need to use the Disco as a 'normal' vehicle for a while .. ;)

Lol, just worked out the mileage, shame, it's almost a 600 mile trip .... oh well, back to the drawing board.

Yeah .. ;)

1"x1" tube was what I've seen others made with, but I happened to have these handy, and they fit reasonably with minimal effort and zero cost! No brainer to use 'em .. ;)

Not really done TO more done for ... installed the latest Microcat I could find ... January 2012. It even has the Evoque in it too .... not that that is any use to me with my fender :) :(

I am planning a hinged arrangement similar to a stretcher (which is where I got my idea from as one of my mates has an army stretcher that fits nicely in the back.)

You just gave me a great idea .. our caravan has 4 berths, but the kids don't come with us now, so the bunk bed and it's mattress is in the loft .. I reckon that might fit!

Thanks .. ;)

Almost finished, new pics up on the storage thread in Discovery section .. ;)
