Fitted a new rear wheel bearing. Was quite alarmed to find so much clay mud where the bearing should have been!
Hate doin wheel bearings, but has to be done...especially when the noise from the knackered one actually drowns out the noise from the cherry bomb exhaust!!!

after doin a full injun rebuild ya complain bout swoppin a poxy wheel bearing... its a 15min job....

doin it takes less time than complainin bout it!! man up!!!!!

Yeah I know...its not difficult...it's just one of those jobs I love to hate...and complain about:D;)
 
Had a general maintenance sesh this afternoon, tightened up the steering box, what a difference! Also tightened a front wheel bearing (no more clunking), and tightened the fan and alternator belts (no more squealing). Lots of tightening. :p

Tomorrow's plan is to take off my 265s to sell them, and put back on the old 7.50s, in preparation for getting my 35s :D
 
Hi Guys i have damaged my disco 2 front bumper beyond repair and i was thinkin of fitting a winch bumper.
any ideas on which is the best and where to purchase one?
Any help is appreciated.

Took my daughter to her dancing / singing lesson and ended up having to get her to donate her pretty purple tights to make a fanbelt to get us home!
 
Bull bar fitted and now just needs a bit of paint on the washers and where I've managed to scratch a bit off!!

Need to reposition the numberplate now!!
