What does the 2Stroke oil do? Make it extremely loud and smokey? :D

Supposed to make the engine smoother and quieter and possibly give it a little extra oomph. I was putting in about 250ml mineral based 2-stroke per tank.

In theory it is supposed to compensate for lack of sulphur in the fuel, and lubricate the fuel system.

I was skeptical. But I used it for several months. I used Millers as well.

Wasn't sure there was much difference.

Anyhow, I use Diesel Rhino now which does a lot more than both of them. Car feels even better.

I thought that adding 2-stroke oil to diesel was not recommended anymore? Modern fuel has other lubricants that does that job?
But I might be mistaken, of course. :)

I use two stroke oil I'm mine and I feel it makes a difference definitely sounds less rattly

I've swapped from Millers/2stroke to Diesel Rhino and found a high improvement, now starts instantly and runs better more powerful.

Replaced the fuel pump as it wasn't sounding to healthy and I was suffering random stalling and occasional power loss.
I got a pattern part from Rimmers for around 1/2 the LR price. Looks identical too. Sounds much quieter and so far, all seems well. Time will tell though.

Fitted 40 inch led bar to roof just slightly in front of sun roof. Looks amazing :) ordered rear diff mounts and drive shaft bearings. Bought drive shaft bearings just a year ago but were not genuine.
