Fooookinn door latches
That's another drivers door unit broke. That's 5 in 10 years. 3 drivers side and 2 passenger. And its only a 3 door!!
If I ever meet the bloke who designed it, I'll have a few choice words to say in his ear.
#### being one of the nicer ones.

New one ordered, another £70 that I won't see again.
Off for a beer, or two :)

Cleaned the rear brake lines up and covered them in grease as suggested by mot man, also did some topping up of wax oil and cleaned the cavitys out between the body and wheel arch liner. Lots of dirty built up pleased its all out and rust treated now

Played eenie meenie miney mo... And couldn't pick a winner, so drove one in the morning then one in the afternoon

Spent a few hours swapping the front ABS Sensors.

Both sensors where stuck fast, so out with the drill and pliers.
Once removing the old sensors, got the passengers side fitted nice and quickly.

Then the drivers side..
Didn't at first realise I'd have to take the battery out.. and the battery tray.. and the air filter box..

All easy enough to do haha, all in all done in 3 hours!

Done a bit of wood work!

Couldn't justify the price of a bit of plastic.

ZDOMZ - That looks good and i bet it was less than half the price of those plastic ones.

Well this afternoon i finally managed to tint my rear window 2nd time lucky (took nearly 3hrs though to get it looking good)

So far it has cost nothing.... I aquired a bit of 18mm ply for free, some screws I had lying around, a length of 10mm bar that missed the last trip to the local scrap dealer, and some matt black paint that I bought about 3 years ago when it was on special offer.....

Need to buy a lock and some cloth/carpet to finish it off!
