i would go for a major service and cambelt change if i was you. as the old saying goes better to be safe then sorry
TD4's don't have have cambelts but the 60k service is the one to do. Also make sure all transmission oils are changed, crankcase breather filter, pollen filter are done & check the condition of the intercooler rubber hoses. Remove & thoroughly clean the egr & check out the operation of the VCU. Remove the rear brake drums & clean & lightly grease the handbrake pivot.
deffo get the auto fluid changed, and, as per chromiumuk, even though it's not in the service schedule, crankcase breather filter is a MUST DO.
