I bought a set of rubber mats at the Great British Land Rover Show on Sunday but when I came to fit them earlier I couldn't get them to fit at all. I couldn't even work out which way round they should go or which mat should go which side. Nothing seemed to fit properly. I have looked online at third party alternatives but there seems to be a large variation in shape which doesn't help me. Does anyone have a photo of some genuine Land Rover mats I could compare them with? Many thanks.

Thank you. From that I can work out which is meant to be passenger and which driver, but the resemblance is fleeting at best. I think I will return these and invest in the real thing. I should learn never to buy things on a whim at shows.

Depending on how tight you are feeling you could put pics of yours up here and we could show you where to cut them, if cut marks aren't already on them.
But mine are genuine and look just like the ones in the pics.
If blokey sold them to you as genuine and they don't look like these get your money back.

Now I know for certain which way round they go I will try them again tomorrow. They are bound at the edge so cutting them may not be the solution.

No, I knew they weren't genuine Land Rover when I bought them but they are fine for what I want, but only if they fit properly. As I said, on reflection I probably shouldn't have bought them.
