I think age is finally getting the better of Sandy, and all of the silly little jobs I see on here appear to be happening at once. Which is a pain in the arse. New on the list, drivers window has a tendency to stick on the way up, triggering anti-trap.

I could really do with my numbers coming up this week... maybe buying a ticket would help with that though.

A bit of silicone spray or even dash cleaner in the rubber channel helps a lot

Gave her over to the bodyshop to ensure wheel arches do not get to the state of some I've seen. Also to make pretty where she was just welded. A quick polish afterwards, to lift the little marks, and she should come back a happy Golden Girl :D
I am driving a Jaguar F- pace in the meantime. Seems inoffensive enough,so far.

Have to say in the last month I have run around in brand new, Volvo XC60, Disco Sport ( awful), LC and now the F-pace . Whilst I would accept any of them as a gift , I would sell each and every one of them , and use the money on my L322.
All of the above have some of the toys the L322 has, none of them have all of them. Says a lot for a 17yr old vehicle.

The L322 must be good, one has just appeared on coronation street bought for her by her on screen boyfriend (he must realy love her :D). Either that or the garage needs some work, at least the garage is on the same street as the L322 :D

Hate to burst your bubble, "backinblack", but Coronation Street is NOT REAL!!

No but the L322 is, I've just googled it's mot history and it needs some work :D

It is - in Manchester , I’ve been there!
Granada studios was only thing in Manchester I enjoyed. Was expecting it to be crap.
@gold rover whats she like underneath (axles and chassis)?
Many I’ve seen are covered in rust, far more than my 95

My girl is pretty good, but only because the previous owner looked after her , and since I have owned her she has wanted for nothing. Too many buy them for 'the look' and as a status symbol. Which means they may wash and polish the bit the neighbours see but never think to get under them.
As they get older, it's been getting worse. They are now within the buying power of silly 20 and 30 yr olds , who think they're being flash with a Range Rover. They then nearly have a heart attack when the first part needs changing. So they buy cheap parts, use useless garages and leave the poor old beasts to rot. Yes part of it is down to JLR and their mistakes in build quality, but it has been shown, that, like all older green oval, show a little TLC , keep on top of maintenance and be prepared to open the wallet wiiiiiiiiiiiiiide and an L322 doesnt need to be a rot bucket.
