Rocker replacement

Thanks again Dave, i do hope it's a simple as something like a rocker pad come loose or similar (would have thought this would be worst from cold, not once warmed up though). Just preparing for worst case scenario i guess.
I did have head gaskets done about 2 years ago & 1 liner on the right hand bank had dropped but didn't look like it had moved recently so maybe come to life again?

fingers crossed for you its a simple fix once warmed up the oil is thinner so the slightest ticking rattle noise is much louder

Stopped crying. Went to See Odyssey whose nanocom removed the airbag warning from my dash and put a smile back on my face. :)

Started mine today after 3 weeks away, get yourself a maintenance charger:)

I've got the Oxford Oximiser on the bike. The Rangie lives on the street now, so can't rig up a charger, incase some arse trips over the extension cable  I have a solar charger I used on a campervan years ago which is somewhere in the shed.

No good in the shed, get it on the car. I use a solar charger on my Clio in Fuerteventura and an Aldi cheapo m/charger on the R/R here. Never had a problem with the X type, leave it for as long as you like and the battery never flattens!!!!:)

Went for a trip to the mot garage after putting quickseal chemical metal on exhaust and crossing fingers.
it passed:5bparty: only one advisory small oil leak on cooler pipe,so very happy :)
